They shall all surrender.

Description: The sculpture is God, holding the world on high with His right hand and a bow and arrow with His left hand. Below him (right side) is Mother Mary holding an infant. On the left side is a white horse. In front of the white horse is a group of cowboy gear consisting of a hat, boots with spurs and a gun/holster holder

Meaning: God compares the battle of good and evil with the American Indians and cowboys. The cowboys were claiming a land that was not their own. In this case, the cowboys (evil) surrender and the American Indians (good) wins.
